No. 1 — One Hot Grill

An upset? Perhaps to those who never before had a burger at One Hot Grill. In fact, multiple people at The Spectrum — including one prominent taster — claim to have not known OHG made hamburgers. What a delightful discovery.

The double cheeseburger with crisp lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard was easily the tallest of the burgers we ate. When you bite into this burger, you're sure to find a mouthful of juicy beef, melted cheese and a blend of seasonings. After cutting the burger into pieces, Long looked at Forbes and said, "Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned."

In this case, the hero wasn't just the beef, it was also the bun. It takes a lot to hold two-thirds a pound of beef, but the egg bun provided held it's weight.
